What You’ll Be Doing The Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) will serve as the dedicated on-site clinician at an upscale subacute rehabilitation and transitional care facility in Northeast Atlanta. Unlike our traditional APP model, this clinician is in the building for a full 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. shift, four days per week, weekdays only, with no night, weekend, or call coverage.
