Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure smart devices including thermostats, doorbells, security cameras, lighting systems, and smart locks

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure devices are working properly

• Educate customers on how to use and manage their new smart home technology

• Maintain accurate records of jobs completed and parts used

• Travel to multiple job sites within the local area

• Ensure high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with smart home tech or low-voltage installations preferred

• Familiarity with smart systems such as Ring, Nest, Arlo, Ecobee, Alexa, or Google Home

• Ability to use basic tools and follow installation manuals or wiring diagrams

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
