Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, responsible, and kid-friendly individuals to join our team as Weekend Summer Camp Helpers. This is a fun and rewarding seasonal opportunity to work outdoors, support youth activities, and be part of a positive camp experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup, supervision, and cleanup of weekend camp activities

  • Engage with campers in games, crafts, sports, and educational exercises

  • Ensure camper safety, well-being, and participation throughout the day

  • Support lead counselors with group transitions and behavior management

  • Help distribute snacks, water, and materials as needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inclusive environment

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children in camp, school, daycare, or similar settings

  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a team-player mindset

  • Ability to follow directions, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various conditions

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to get certified)

  • Background check required for all hired applicants
