This role follows a 1st shift schedule, working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM , with designated days off on Saturday and Sunday. A Line Cook is responsible for raw food prep, washing, cutting, cooking, cooling, labeling and portioning product for our Ready to Heat (RTH) business, while also owning documentation, counts, and tracking progress.
