Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and client-centered therapist to join our practice in a primarily in-person weekend role. This position is ideal for a clinician looking for flexible part-time hours while providing meaningful support to individuals, couples, and families in a warm and professional outpatient setting.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions
- Complete timely clinical documentation and treatment planning
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients
- Collaborate with other providers when appropriate
Qualifications
- Active Arizona licensure (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Associate-level licensed clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduling effectively
- Experience with anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or mood disorders is a plus
- Comfortable providing face-to-face counseling in an outpatient office settingI
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $60.00 – $75.00 per hour
